Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and once we receive the item, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund upon receiving the item back.

Items Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us for assistance. We will investigate the issue, and if the package is lost, we will issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order after placing it but before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, follow the return process outlined above.
4. Conditions for Returned Products:
- The product must be unused, intact, without scratches, cracks, or dents.
- The watch must have a complete box and accessories (replacement strap, instruction manual, warranty card, etc.).
- The product's seal and barcode must be intact, not peeled or erased.
5. Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
